Gbg9 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any service offered by the gbg9 — including Sports Betting, live casino, slots, poker, E-sports, and any other feature available on the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules applicable to each product.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the gbg9. If you disagree with any part of this document, you must immediately stop using the platform and refrain from creating an account. Simply accessing the website or app of gbg9 implies tacit acceptance of these conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Brazilian Portuguese and are governed by Brazilian law. In the event of a conflict between versions in other languages and the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version shall always prevail.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and use the services of gbg9, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or have a Brazilian tax domicile;
• Hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Not have been previously banned or had your account closed by the gbg9 for terms violation;
• Have no legal restrictions preventing participation in online betting and entertainment activities under Brazilian law;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an employee of the gbg9 or its partner providers.

The gbg9 reserves the right to request proof of identity and residence at any time, including a government-issued ID, CPF, proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and a selfie with the document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

Each individual may hold only an active account on gbg9. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms, which may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances derived from irregular use.

3. Your Account

When creating your account on the gbg9, you are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any authentication codes. The gbg9 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the account holder's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

You must notify us immediately through support if you suspect unauthorized access, a lost password, or any compromise of your account security. The gbg9 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) and strongly recommends enabling it.

The gbg9 may suspend or close accounts without prior notice in cases of:

• False registration information or fraudulent documents;
• Account use by unauthorized third parties;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity;
• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward other users or the support team of gbg9.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The gbg9 operates exclusively with transactions in Brazilian Reais (BRL, R$). All deposits, balances, bets, and withdrawals are made in the national currency.

Accepted deposit methods:

• Pix — primary method; instant credit, no fee, minimum amount of R$ 20.00;
• Credit/Debit Card — Visa and Mastercard, processed in up to 30 minutes;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — compensation within 1 business day after payment;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — accepted Brazilian digital wallets;
• TED Bank Transfer — available for accounts at major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and other participating institutions.

Withdrawals: The primary withdrawal method is Pix, with processing in up to 15 minutes for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. VIP Diamond and Black Elite members have withdrawals processed instantly, 24 hours a day.

The gbg9 may request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00, in compliance with the anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in force in Brazil. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit whenever technically possible.

The gbg9 does not charge fees on withdrawals made via Pix. For other methods, third-party banking fees may apply, over which gbg9 has no control over or responsibility for.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

The gbg9 periodically offers bonuses and promotions to its users, including a welcome bonus, weekly VIP cashback, reload bonuses, and tournaments with prizes in BRL. All promotions are subject to specific terms that must be read before participating.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may be redeemed only once per account holder, CPF, IP address, and device;
• The rollover requirement (minimum betting volume) varies by promotion and is clearly stated in the description of each offer;
• The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 40x the bonus amount on bets placed within 30 days;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward rollover completion;
• The weekly VIP cashback has a rollover of 1x, which must be wagered once before withdrawal;
• Bonuses that are not redeemed or whose requirements are not met within the allotted time are automatically canceled without prior notice;
• The gbg9 reserves the right to cancel bonuses where there is suspicion of abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any bonus exploitation strategy (bonus hunting).

Promotions specific to Sports Betting — such as Brasileirão, Libertadores, and e-sports — may carry additional restrictions on eligible markets and minimum odds, as described in the individual terms of each campaign.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All Sports Betting on the gbg9 are binding upon confirmation by the system. A confirmed bet cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed by the user, except in exceptional circumstances provided for in these rules.

Market settlement:

• Markets are settled based on official results published by the competition's governing body — CBF for Brazilian football, CONMEBOL for the Libertadores, CBLOL for League of Legends, and so on;
• Provisional results, real-time updates, or third-party information do not replace the official resolution;
• Bets on postponed events remain valid for up to 72 hours. If the event does not take place within that period, the bets are canceled and the amount refunded;
• If an event or competition is permanently suspended, all pending bets are voided and the full amounts are returned to the user's balance.

The gbg9 may limit or refuse bets from any user without any obligation to justify the decision, particularly in cases involving unusually high stakes, suspicious patterns, or markets with limited liquidity.

7. Casino, Live Games & Slots

The casino games available on gbg9 — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, casino poker, crash games, and live game shows — are provided by suppliers certified by independent gaming audit bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) of each game is certified and published by the responsible provider.

In the live casino, results are determined by real dealers in physical studios, streamed via live video. The gbg9 has no direct control over live round outcomes — these are determined by the physical processes of each game (card shuffling, roulette spinning, dice rolling) in accordance with the international rules of each game type.

Slots and crash games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is periodically audited. The gbg9 does not manipulate results in any way, and game algorithms are audited by independent bodies.

8. User Conduct

By using the services of gbg9, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any third-party software to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner;
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without explicit authorization;
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent of fraudulently claiming bonuses;
• Using coordinated strategies with other users to exploit market vulnerabilities or promotions;
• Placing bets on both sides of the same event ("hedging") using multiple accounts or in coordination with other users;
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other players or members of the gbg9 support team gbg9 via live chat or any other channel;
• Publishing or transmitting illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or pornographic content through any social feature on the platform.

Any breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances derived from irregular activity, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

9. Fraud Prevention & Anti-Money Laundering

The gbg9 operates in full compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation (Law No. 9.613/1998 and its amendments) and the guidelines issued by COAF (Financial Activities Control Council). All financial transactions on the platform are monitored by automated systems and reviewed by the compliance team.

The gbg9 is legally required to report to the relevant authorities any suspicious transactions, including deposits or withdrawals that appear to have an illicit origin, atypical betting patterns, or situations where the volume of transactions is inconsistent with the user's declared profile.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes, gbg9 may request at any time:

• Official government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Proof of address in the account holder's name issued within the last 90 days;
• Proof of source of funds for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00;

11. gbg9 VIP Program

The VIP Program of gbg9 has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Black Elite — based on cumulative betting volume over each quarterly period. Tier progression is automatic and benefits are activated immediately upon reaching the required volume.

VIP Program specific rules:

• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (total bets minus total winnings) for the period running Monday through Sunday of each week;
• The minimum net loss required to qualify for cashback is R$ 50.00 per week;
• Cashback is credited automatically every Monday by 12:00 PM (Brasília time);
• VIP tier is reviewed and adjusted at the start of each quarter, based on the previous quarter's volume;
• Cancelled, voided, or refunded bets do not count toward VIP volume;
• The gbg9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Program with 30 days' prior notice to active members;
• The Black Elite tier is accessible exclusively by invitation from the gbg9 team gbg9 and is subject to personalized conditions individually negotiated with your dedicated account manager.

12. Responsible Gambling

The gbg9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable users. Betting should be treated solely as a form of entertainment — never as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

The gbg9 provides the following control tools for all users:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits — valid for a minimum period of 24 hours and cannot be increased immediately;
• Betting limits: restrict the maximum amount that can be wagered per day, week, or month;
• Temporary pause: suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close account access with immediate and irreversible effect.

13. Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at gbg9 at any time, without needing to provide a reason, via live chat support or by email at suporte@gbg9.best. Accounts with a positive balance will have their funds returned via Pix to the key linked to the account, once all security checks have been completed.

The gbg9 may unilaterally close accounts in the cases set out in these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, the gbg9 may withhold funds derived from uncompleted bonuses or irregular activity.

Following closure, personal data is retained for the minimum period required by applicable Brazilian law — generally 5 years for financial and transaction data — after which it is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy of gbg9.

14. Limitation of Liability

The gbg9 is not liable for losses or damages arising from:

• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or technical failures beyond our control;
• Internet connection failures or user device issues that prevent access to the platform;
• Betting or casino game outcomes, which are determined by legitimate and random processes;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Acts of third parties, including game providers, payment processors, or regulatory authorities.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the gbg9 against a user, for any reason, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Changes to These Terms

The gbg9 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in the services offered, applicable Brazilian legislation, or industry practices. Material changes will be communicated to users at least 15 days' advance notice via registered email or in-platform notification.

The date of the most recent update to this document is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

The gbg9 encourages all disputes to be resolved amicably through the support channel in the first instance. For matters related to data protection and the LGPD, users may contact the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause in these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which remain in full force.
